2. ELIGIBILITY
This promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18)
years of age at the time of entry. Owners of Fresitas Trucks LLC and the children of owners are not
eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited by law.
3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the
decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.
4. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

period will not be eligible.
5. HOW TO ENTER
Entries may be submitted by completing the actions described in the official giveaway
announcement. Use of automated systems, bots, or fraudulent entry methods is prohibited.

To enter without participating via social media, entrants must submit their full name, phone number,
email address, and a photograph of their truck to Fresitastrucks@gmail.com. This method provides
equal odds of winning and is required for verification purposes only.
7. ENTRY CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process
or acting in violation of these Official Rules.
8. PRIZE
Prize details and approximate retail value will be disclosed in the official giveaway announcement.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s discretion.
9. WINNER SELECTION
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the promotion
period.
10. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Selected winners will be notified within forty-eight (48) hours. Failure to respond within seventy-two
(72) hours may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
11. ODDS
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
12. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and submitted
materials for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by
law.
13. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if any factor impairs the
integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Fresitas Trucks LLC from any liability arising from
participation in the promotion or acceptance and use of any prize.
15. DISPUTES
This promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. All disputes shall be
resolved individually in Colorado courts.
16. PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants is used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion.
17. PLATFORM DISCLAIMER
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media
platform.
18. STATE LAW NOTICE
If the total prize value exceeds $5,000, registration and bonding requirements in certain states may
